Bloom makes awesome high-quality bibs (same 20k-20k waterproofing/breathability rating as the bigger names), with very similar style/fit as Saga bibs. I'm not the biggest fan of their jackets (I wish they were a bit more technical to match their bibs, and they drop the waterproofing/breathability rating down to 15k) but they are pretty fly too.
