okay, i think helmets are for little kids and make everyones heads look like melons, but my parents make me wear one. ofcourse i only ride with my parents twice a year, but i would still like a descent one for those two days, and for days when i try stuff in the pipe. do you know where to find cool ones? thankyou

i have the lieutenant right now but i liked my giro 9 better. it was super light and looked pretty cool. it was black

 
yeah the bad lieutenant looks kinda crappy, plus you have to wear your goggles under the helmet, and that would suck

Get whatever you like, different people have different styles. I'm going to probably get the Audio Bad Lieutenant next year in either snow camo or grey.

 
I have a k2 helmet, its super sweet, more of a big mountain than park helmet. Its a bit heavier, but really warm. Not sure what model. I found it really hard to get a helmet, my head is a fucked up shape.

In tractor pulls, a 'full pull' is the best you can get. Ahh, how sport mirrors life.
 
someone above said the Hi-Fi by Red, that is a good suggestion. I have also had the giro fuse (which fit great, but you can't wear wisdoms) and the giro flint sc, which is super sick. and by the way, helmets are awesome. If you want to be brain dead for the rest of your life go ahead and never wear a helmet. But once you are hitting 30+ tables and you do a headsmack you will really wish you were wearing one

i have a giro 9, with the music things. I havent used it yet, but i like it so far..

not really a total newbie, but i lost all my posts, and ya, I left newschoolers for a while

this guy at my mountain who snowboards has an orange construction helmet with spikes all over it, he's so hardcore, pretty good too

Im thinking of buying a Giro Fuse myself, but someone said you can wear wisdoms with it... does it fit ok with A frames?

 
^Yes the Fuse fits well with pretty much all goggles. I only got to use my fuse twice (once was when i broke my shoulder), but it is comfy and warm.

Note: The bad lutenent is mindblowingly uncomfortable

i have a bad lieutanant that i like alot. i don't know what kind of retard couldn't get the goggles to fit over the helmet, but i have no problems with my a-frames, o-frames, or wisdoms. it is cheap (big plus) comfortable, and protects me in a satasfactory manner. i like the looks alot.

i have a salomon 'crossmax' (i think its called that) full face skiercross helmet for my big mountain/backcountry stuff. i would NOT reccomend this for any park activity. if you eat it hard, the face gaurd can catch the ground and totally kink out your neck.

i had a boeri for awhile, but i cracked it and it was uber-hot. it sucked. stay away.

the ovo's have good reputations and next years ARE pretty sweet.

it all depends on what fits best. different helmets have different fits. you want it to be comfortable and if it fits wrong u will look retarded (no offence to the challenged). the burton hi-fi is sweet, i bought a carerra which is light and fits perfectly

I dunno...I've got a ProTec and it geos well with all goggles it really warm a bit heavier in construction but really safe (I've tested it a couple of times hehe)

 
hi fi is good. but i dont like that the ear flaps arnt removable so i have a sk8 helmet for the summer skiing in the HL at whistler

giro 9 is sick, i have the flint personally and i like it...the new ovo should be sweet and the bad lutenant is cool
