ok, so i have itunes and i bought some songs for my ipod because my aunt gave me an itunes gift card. the only problem is itunes makes all their mp3's like locked so that you cant play them in windows media player or any program other then quicktime. im trying to make a dirtjump edit, and i want this one song in it but it is locked by itunes so it wont load into windows movie maker. does anyone know of a reliable program that i could download to convert itunes files into normal mp3's.

or it would be even easyer if someone just had the song an could give it to me or knows where to download it. im looking for start shootin, by little people..

thanks

I usually just burn it onto a CD and import it onto my itunes and it makes it a normal m4p or whatever. As for mp3, not sure.

i use mac so my process might be slightly different, but there are a few ways to do it. some of them are pretty in depth and lengthy, which is annoying and gay. i actually had to do the same thing for start shootin, i was making an edit too lol. but for the most part, the easiest way to do it is to just download it again off limewire or something. if you do want to know a few other, longer ways, PM me. someone else might have a program for you though

The easiest way that i have found is to burn CD's as Mp3. In Itunes: Edit>Preferences>Advanced>Burning ... check the box that has something to do with Mp3. Only problem is that this won't keep your tags so you will have to rename the songs when you import them back into Itunes, which can be a bitch.
