I bought the $5 contributor status about two weeks ago, and I still haven't gotten the money logo or access to the contributor forum. Could someone please grant my account contributor status. Thanks.

Bah, people these days just overestimate the ability of normal rate shipping. Express works well, especially with the large items like a contributor status.

How do I pay for/get contributor status if I have no Credit card/Debit Card?
