Continental presents: Comp Series at Spirit Mountain.

Soooooo I'm organizing a comp series for us twip-tippers out at spirit, its every other saturday and the feature changes each time, its judged by our team. The first one is Jan 17th. Continental and Rossi skis is sponsoring it so far I'm going to call some more companies for support. Rossi skis will be keeping an eye out for a good rider. Everyone interested?
 
from what andrew said. it sounded like it could not be charged. so its free. only thing you need to buy is a lift ticket...
 
Alright so more details: There is no entry fee, unless you don't have a lift ticket.This saturday it will start up around noon.Jam on the first jump.Look for the guys in the continental jackets for your waiver. You have to sign a waiver for us to keep track of your scores and compete. Your points will be recorded over the season and the prizes will be awarded at the last event. If you can't make it to the last jam you can pick them up at the shop. At every jam a prize will be awarded to the person who the continental team thought rode their best. Any more questions? Well shoot. i would very much like to attend and watch but i will be on the other side of the state. i will have allen bring something up for you guys though.
 
FOR THE WAIVER IF YOU ARE NOT 18 AND WILL NOT HAVE A PARENT THERE TO SIGN. JUST BRING A NOTE SAYING IT IS OK TO COMPETE. AND PASS THAT ON TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS.
 
Alright other than working up points on saturday, the top rider will receive a pair of Oakley clear goggles, a Tinga hat, a Formatted shirt, and some continental shwag.
 
you folks at continental should also maybe put on a different like one time comp thinng for us non locals.

im giving andrew a heads up. alot of tiny bopers or what ever you call us are gonna be at highland for the areials event they canceled today.
 
OoOoookay, sounds good, still should be fun. All us old guys will have to throw down then. Probably bring some dakine, line, kombi, and formatted apparel.
 
Okay, so for all who plan on joining continentals posse riding with prizes this saturday at noon: Look for me in a green jacket that says continental on the back and an orange helmet.

How it goes is we all lap the park for a few hours together and at the end of the sesh a rider who we think threw down the hardest gets some sick shwag. Others will be judged and points will be recorded to be eligable for a big prize at the end of the season!

This week it sounds like a lot of skiers will be down in HYland, but we will be graced with not one but TWO rossignol riders, and all of us old guys.

yeah this was super fun, it wasn't even comp feeling, more just like skiing around and then getting schwag at the end.
 
there was a comp??? WAAAAAAAAAY fun times today everyone needs to come up next time for this.
