check out the flock of seagulls album cover, then the vice city cover. same pixel shading cartoon pictures, font, colours etc. some things are just design classics, i personally think that pic looks sick.

(this is a mock up but there was one that san andreas straight ripped off

just look at how GTA took the font (and font is damn important in the design world)

itd be different if someone was making a profit off of it, but since thats not true (not a t-shirt or anything), i dont see the harm in playful imitation.
