Constructive critisim of my website

im a photographer and was hoping you uys could have a look at my site and if you have any ideas,post them up.

i got my brother to do the site and its his thired so hoping i could get some pointers!

It's pretty good. The only recommendation I'd give is possibly rearrange the sponsors and advertising to higher up, such as an additional left or right hand column.
