TLDR; CIA has more hacking capabilities than the NSA, including hundreds of zero-day exploits to gain access to 99% of devices on the planet without revealing these exploits to manufacturers as the US government has agreed to. Microsoft windows is also Backdoor spyware.

Not only that, but the leak also shows that the CIA has been utilizing repurposed malware from foreign intelligence agencies, implementing it in the US, and changing the digital fingerprint to show that it was used from said foreign intelligence agency.

It's hard to trust the CIA now when they can create false exploits that make it look like a hack came from another country. This isn't even about Russia anymore but these corporate news agencies are trying to blame it on Russia. For all we know trump has some executive authority over the CIA.

My theory is that it was a publicity stunt. They did it on purpose to give people a reason to talk about the oscars. Otherwise, most people wouldn't even have known that the oscars happened. It also gives them something to talk about leading up to the next year

I asked a customer service worker at denver airport about all this shit just fucking with them, and they legit dropped some crazy knowledge about the whole thing. Apparently theres also a bunch of dinosaur bones and fossils under there too lol
