There is a huge disconnect in freeskiing with 'street-level' cultural machinations, despite freeskiing's attempts to align itself at least on a fashion level w skateboarding, hip-hop, etc.

I remember when a picture of a black person was posted on the pic forum, and kids treated it like South Park, it blew their minds THAT much. That was an NS defining moment if I ever saw one.

Oops, a couple of typos in my last post...I’m sure LesBainsDouches will make another meal out of that.

There is one thing that hasn’t really been said that should be. Anyone who uses a natural disaster and tragedy for a political point should be beaten. Reading what I wrote yesterday made me realize that I got really riled up about Moore. I probably went a bit far, but that guy seriously gets under my skin. Back to my point though, using a hurricane to trash a president is a pretty low move. I don’t care how controversial a president is, its just ridiculous that blame is thrown at him almost automatically. Should we toss blame at Jimmy Carter for the Mt. St. Helens eruption? There is only so much that can be done in such a short period of time, and people like Moore expect a president to play Superman.

What critics like Moore want and expect of people is not at all realistic.
