Confetti bombs, double corks, 100ft jump, best shot you'll see today....

I'm i the only one that instantly tought of ssx when the confettis got stuck on his pole?
 
It would be cool to see in full speed. Never thought I'd see somebody fly through confetti off of a jump
 
Amazing shot. Almost thought it was shopped until the long streamers got dragged by his skis. The one hit wonder in Oz is a pretty nifty contest. Fun to watch.

This did bring back painful memories of being shot in the ass by a firework. It was part of ski show and they had a pyrotech guy set up these 3 inch mortar fireworks on the back side of the lip. He would set them off manually just after we hit the jump. They were supposed to go right behind us, but once he nailed me. It hit me in the ass and left a huge burn mark on my suit that went halfway up my back. I tracked him down after the show. I said "dude, you shot me"! He said, "Yeah, wasn't that fuckin cool"?!?!?! No where I could really go with that one, so I just went and had a beverage.
 
Always impressed with the stuff you do X, you aussies sure are impressive.

Curious, what were you shooting this with? IIRC did you not shoot a follow cam on a phantom last year?
 
kinda like back when I played halo in high school, and when you shot a grunt, confetti came out of their heads
 
Way to go, you Aussie children of criminals. Just keep on polluting the Earth just for a shitty slow-mo shot.
 
That was cool.

On a side note, I kinda wish more edits would use classical music. It's a different flavor.
 
Charles will prob still have some input, but he normally only did the final shape. The Thredbo TP crew are solid at the moment with the original guys who have always done the jump construction, and some new guys who have some pretty exciting plans for the Sept build - pretty stoked to see what they come up with.
