You might slip into a coma. I think you can fall asleep but someone has to wake you up every few hours or so to avoid the whole coma ordeal. I would just listen to the Doc.

If it was a minor concussion though, you can sleep all you want. But if you die because of listening to what I said, don't be pissed at me.
