Computer virus as a weapon?!

Yep, the Air Force is in charge of Cyber Warfare in the military. That's why anyone who says the Navy is all we need seems completely ignorant to anyone who took a basic military strategy course.

Space and Cyber space have been the new battlefield this decade, but no one knows it since Afghanistan is a little behind in that category :) .
 
well honestly if your smart enough to compile it then your probably know enough about what your doing to know not to do it. There's at least 20 different c files that all have to be compiled with the correct dependencies.

Holy shit. I knew that futur wars will be with computers attack but that was really interesting. I'll look for videos on youtube as they said.
 
I find it hard to believe that it was created by a government considering I dont think they would make it open source.
 
its not 'open source' and its not exactly the original or complete virus.

The code comes from disassembling the machine code into to assembly language and then translating it back to C (reserve engineering the virus from runtime). Its only available on the internet because 4chans 'anonymous' group hacked into a security company and stole a version of the source they were working on.
 
I am going to programme it to systematically find every douche bag of the internet and kill them with the use of shock through the keyboard and rapidly ejecting sharpened CD ROMS.
 
i don't know alot about stuff like that, but for me as a complete internet/software noob, that sounds extremely cool !
