Compressor help.

I export a video from final cut pro and put it into compressor using the H.246 (or whatever that setting is) and I'm making it go into my external hardrive. Once it's finished, the video comes out alright, but there is no audio. I have done this before and it worked fine, but now it doesn't give the audio. It also just overwrites the current exported video, it doesn't do a new one with a new name even though I told it to.

This is an HD video btw.
 
try exporting directly from final cut using the quicktime settings. if you do custom settings then you have a ton of controll over how exactly the video gets encoded. its not as good as compressor (which i always found confusing to use anyways) but it may help out
 
I use the custom settings, I only need to use Compressor to make it smaller, so I can upload it online.
