Compressing with Adobe premiere

its always been a nightmare for me when ever i try to use the adobe media encoder. i've been looking on other forums for help, trying to learn how to work it, but its just to darn complicated. anyone out there got any tips on compressing footy in the most efficient ways for loading edits onto the internet.

i just use sorenson. so much easier

the first response is the best way.

sometimes you get better results if you export a full render though and do the compressing through quicktime and not adobe media encoder
