ive got some anthems and am doing a season working in whistler this year and i need a bc pow ski that will cause me to errupt man porridge everywhere.... any help would be much appreciated. im 6ft and 13.7 stone ....... much love
tell us like what you want to ski, ability, type of terrain you want to ski, i have no idea what whistler is like (ie bump mountain, trees, etc.) all that good stuff. you might look into something for touring too like steven said.
sorry, erm well whistler BC powder will be the area im looking at not touring or anything, just a ski that will float like a dream on top of the pow and one i will not have to worry about the tips diving so i can have a good agressive forward stance, so deep - medium pow - trees and maby cliffs
I would look at a fat ski about 120+ in the waist, with tip and tail rocker, a softer flex. From there you have the EPs, Bents, Bentchetler, Kuros, ARGs, even JJs. There are sooo many skis out there that would fill your quiver nicely.
people dont understand that EPs and bents are mad fun in park! but for strict pow only, ARGs/Donnar Partiees would be perfect. then EPs, Bents, JJs, Bent chetlers, live life 2s, Bibbys
The moment night train seems really cool, it'd meet your needs too.the skis said above are all good choices, rockered fatteis are made by eveybody... there isn't 1 choice for you, there are a bunch... so pick whichever is the cheapest and have fun.
Buying skis is soo hard! Why does every company have soo many skis that over lasp. Cant they just make three skis. PIste, Park, and Pow for an easy life!?
there are specific skis for each discipline but there are also ones that overlap - helps out those who don't want to buy 3 sets.. or those who want to, say, do a bit of pow in the morning and park in the afternoon
