I know there are a ton of critique threads out there, but I've been on a really great creative roll. So let me know what you think about all of this stuff. I appreciate all feedback as long as it constructive. Thanks for comments.

That's cool, which photo?

Do you have any constructive criticism for me, for instance, what don't you like about the drawings? What could I do to improve my art? I appreciate all feedback as long it helps me in the future.

And sorry for a double post on one of the pictures.
 
the photo with the trees.

i think you might need a background in your drawings, or better shading. they seem a little too abstract, and don't require much observation.
 
Thank you tons. That is what I really need to hear. I'm a freshman in college going into digital media, and I need to know what I'm doing. I knew I could get some real help from some one. Here are two more with a little bit more going on. Thoughts? I definitely need more shading though...

^ Thank you man. And yea, it's all original work, I started with a drawing and then scanned it onto the comp, from there illustrator made the magic.
 
Sorry, I just want to bump this one more time.

I know critique threads don't usually last long in here.

Is there any more advice and/or comments?

the egg fist one is def really nice. I think all them are good. On the drum one the detail on the guy is great, but you may wana put a little more detail on the drums, i think that might help a little (like making them look rounded on the shells) idk just an idea
 
I really like what I see here, man, because it reminds me of what I do. I can't be sure, obviously, but is do you start doodling and turn random thoughts into something great? I do that and its pretty neat to see the inner workings of my mind get put down on paper...and I think that's what you're trying to do. I'm all for the abstract/designy stuff, because that's what's fun and interesting to draw. That way it's always new. The photo with the windmill and the later drawing with the water tower are my favorites. For criticism, the drummer has great shading, but the drums themselves and the guy's face are kinda funky - you did a good job though, because that stuff is hard to draw.

Overall good stuff man, keep it up!
 
i liked the first one a lot,,,but the other ehhhh, they definately werent bad, i dont know anything about art, but they were just not my style, but the first on is really cool

Sorry about the self promoting, but I've greatly appreciated all the feedback, and I'm planning on posting some new drawings that I did after taking into account what some people have said.

that's hot. i like the tables and chairs. focus seems a bit off though, try messing around with that shot some more (if you can). i'd like to see some variations, i think it could definitely look better.
 
I don't really know what I'm talking about but maybe in this and the windmill pic, the stuff below the sunset should be a silhouette instead of being able to tell what it is, just a shadow/silhouette type of thing. Do you know? Otherwise that's great, I suck at drawing so keep on kicking ass! Good luck in school too, I hope this helped in some form.
