how many of you play golf competitively? wether that be high school or college. what are your handicaps? and what clubs do you use?
 
I live on a golf course. I used to be decent, not good enough to play on a team. Now the only thing I have is my happy gilmour swing. I've hit just over 300 before with it. My normal drive sucks now, my iron shots blow. My putting game is alright.

Idk, I just go out and drink and play a round or two every once in a while. Or hit a couple holes after they close
 
i do, i was a 10 last summer but i feel like ive gotten a lot better. i almost sunk an eagle put yesterday it was probably the highlight of my golf career but since i suck i missed it.
 
I love golfing, i have x18 callaway irons (love them) callaway fti driver, nike hybrid, and an odyssey saber tooth putter
 
oh i use taylormade 09 burners and a 460cc r9 and let me tell you they are both like BUTTER they are so nice and are so nice when you are hitting them good.
 
i play for my high school.

my 18 hole handicap is about 12

i have some ping eye 2 irons (25 years old but the best cast iron set ever made)

taylormade r510 driver, and burner 3 wood

rossa monza corza putter (taylor made makes it)

two cleveland wegdes 53 and 56 degrees

and a titleist 60 lob wedge
 
I never played competitive golf in my life. I really should though... it would make my game so much better. I am a 8 handicap right now. I hardly ever play, but have been playing more and more every week. I shot a +1 36 on nine holes today so that was pretty good.

I am in the process of dumping my Taylor Made Woods for Titlesit woods, and my wedges for Volkey wedges.
 
i play for my highschool team but havent figured out my handicap yet but i have a taylormade r7 driver, cobra s9 irons, a 60 degree cleveland cg12 wegde and an odyssey white hot putter
 
I'm hoping to bring my handicap down to 10 or 12 this coming season. I have Mizuno mp-60 irons, ping wedges and I'll probably use my dad's old taylermade r7 driver
 
I play for Bowling Green State University and its so much fun...My handicap at my home course during the summer is a +1 or +2 but only cause I play that course everyday...I currently am rocking:

i've been playing for my high school the past 4 years and quite frankly i really don't enjoy playing competitive golf at all, i'd much rather just go out and have some fun with friends on the course instead of playing 6 hour rounds with cheesedicks who take golf way too seriously. Right now my handicap is about a 5 (shot 74 today). i use a nike sasquatch driver, mizuno mp57 irons, nike sv wedges, clevelend 3 wood, taylormade hybrid, taylormade putter
 
high school and college. was a 0, now probably a 4. Titleist driver and 3W. Vokey spin milled wedges, scotty cameron putter, and Mizuno MP-33 blades PW-3iron.
 
I don't golf competitively, but do it for fun often. I live on a golf course and get out about 30-40 times a year. handicap is aboot 15
 
2 purposes to compare myself to other high school golfers as well as see what kind of clubs people enjoy using. i got new irons yesterday. Cleveland cg7 black pearls with 1 degree more up right an extra wrap on the grip and stiff shaft. super excited to use them in 6 to 9 more businesses days

I play a lot during the summer. I usually shoot around 78-90, i cant remember what my handicap was at the end of the summer though.
 
i have all ping. i love ping. i even have a ping shirt. i have my G-10 driver and i love it. played on my highschool team.
 
Different courses, different green speeds...it all depends on the greens...I usually use a heavier putter on slower greens and a lighter putter on faster greens, but they all look pretty close to the same, just a little different finishes and stuff
 
For me it honestly doesnt matter...Same stroke no matter what putter I am using...And yea i love heavy putters especially for like 3-5 footers
 
I play on my high school team,but I recently broke my ankle so I can't play for a while. Really bumming me out. Last yeah I would normally shoot anywhere from the upper 70's on a good day to mid 90s on a bad day.
 
I play to aroudn a ten handicap, played golf for my high school this year, but next year is the first year there's gonna be a cross country mountain bike team for my high school so i'm going to do that instead. I have a cleveland driver, v-steel fairway woods, cobra irons and hybrid, progen wedges, ping putter

I used to play a bit of competitive golf when i was younger. I was never that great at the whole competitive side of the sport any way.

Before i moved to france, i played of a handicap of 4. But when i moved back, i wasn't a member of any golf club. So i did'nt really play at all, up until 4 days ago.

 
used to play a little bit of competitive. 2 summers ago when i was 14 my handicap was a 6 or 7. thought i was hot shit. went to the bc junior and got crushed. hahaha. last summer i played hockey then got cut from the team i was trying out for so didnt play much golf. this summer im starting to play again but its rusty. ive shot from 3 over to 18 over. got a burner tp driver. 9.5 stiff low kickpoint. mizuno 3 wood because i broke my other one. taylor made lt irons and the vokey wedges. and i just ordered some adipures for 150. yayyyyyyyy
 
played high school for one year... all callaway clubs
handicap was like 15 lol i sucked1 eagle 6 birdiesreally good within 100 yards with a pitching wedge
sunk a 60-70 foot putt once... i just tried to get it close and i guess i hit it just rightironic how that was my worst score of the year lol
 
Wow, this thread makes me feel like a terrible golfer.. I usually shoot in the high 90's, and i have no idea what my handicap is. I want to try out for my school's golf team this year, but i'm pretty sure it goes on at the same time as soccer.
 
i played baseball all throughout high school so i was unable to play golf, but ive caddied for the past 6 years, i went golfing yesterday actually and drove the ball 335 yards (with a 12 year old driver, its not all in the clubs) and the green was 350, i was stoked
 
i mostly just keep a hot caddy to get my dick hard and just use that, only problem is sometimes my dick gts bruised mah girl likes it it adds a new flava, but iunoo mayn it kinda hurts just to please anoda bitch which speaking of da bitchiz getting a n3w one saturday im going to an auction
 
My handicap is a 9.

Putter: Ping Craze (but im wanting to make the switch over to more of a blade style)
 
i shoot like sub 80s every round and i use The new cobra driver(9), Cobra 3 wood, taylormade rescue hybridsome nike irons(3-p) and cleveland wedges (56 and 60)

I golf for my high school team, but i mostly just golf for fun during the summer.
 
I golfed for my high school team...we went to state my senior year and took 3rd..coulda won it all but we choked....im about a 4-6 handicap but i dont play very much and my clubs go

What school did you go to?? I worked for University Ridge for 4 years before moving to Utah. Fantastic course, I miss working and playing there a lot.
 
I'm playing in a tournament in two weeks. My handicap was a 12.8 at the last revision, but I haven't played since then; I probably won't playing +13 golf when I go out to practice this weekend.
