i was thinkin of doin the freeride event but i'm not too sure what is has...is it like slopestyle or pipe or somethin ?

its not true. i did the waterville usasa events last year

THe Okemo freeride event will be a Superpipe comp. There will be some slopestyles later in the year. Rumor has it that the SoBe pipe will be open on Saturday, dec. 17
