SANCTION: Canadian Freestyle Ski Association (CFSA); Alpine Ski Nova Scotia (ASNS )

No inverts without proper CFSA qualifications passport

DATE, LOCATION& Saturday March 4th Tabletop Ski Wentworth ( if possible 2 best out of 3 –this decision will be EVENTS made by the jury before the Team captains meeting

Sunday March 5th Half Pipe Ski Martock ( best single run score of 2 )

ELIGIBILITY: CFSA General Membership (with insurance) must show membership card upon request.

Non-CFSA members can purchase a membership card at the competition registration desk by bringing in the attached COMPLETED&PARENT SIGNED CFSA membership form. The fee is $45.

Out of province competitors please use the attached out of province CFSA membership form

AGE CATEGORIES: Men and Women…..AS OF JULY 1st 2005

Youth - 13 & under Juvenile - 14 &15 Junior - 16-18 Senior - 19 & over

ENTRY FEES: $50 per event or $90 for both event (includes a 1 day lift ticket per event)

Plus a $10 bib deposit (refundable following the return of the bib)

Season pass holder at the event hill - subtract $15. PAYMENTS in Cash only

FINAL REGISTRATION: Ski Wentworth: 8:00-8:30 am in the main lodge

Ski Martock: 9:30-10:00 am Martock Ski Race Club Building



RULES: Competition is held under FIS & CFSA rules

Aerial Competitors: each athlete must perform their most difficult jump during official training on the day of the competition.

Competitors shall have a coach present at all times during aerial training and competition.



EQUIPMENT: Helmets & ski stoppers mandatory

BIB PICK UP: At Captains meeting or upon registration. Appreciate if only the coach can return bibs

No you don't need a coach. It is a bit expensive but it allows you to compete all across Canada. If anyone is looking to eventually compete to be on our olympic team (bumps/halfpipe) then this is the avenue.
