Compatability

I took my skis in to get my bindings mounted today. I got Salamon s810 ti bindings, and Line transfer boots, after he already mounted them he told me I should buy new boots because the bindings and boots are not 'compatible', they work, but i gotta fuckin pull the back peice up to get in the fuckers. I cant just step in, anyone know what bindings i should use with these boots?

It's probably a deformation in the toe or heel tabs of the boot. The transfer boot is basically a Raichle Flexon and should be compatible otherwise. I've mounted Salomon bindings with the line boot and not had problems. There is probably something physically wrong with the integrity of the boot itself. If you like the boot, Kniessl is making the Flexon still or check out the Dalbello Superride or Free Ride from their CRX collection, very comparable fit and design (designed by Plake, who swore by Flexons for years) also less expensive than alot of other performance boots out there.http://www.dalbellosports.com
