alright. well i have only ridden one twin tip ski, and thats the 03-04 1080 the one on my icon.and i love them, and was wondering how flexible they are, because i dont have anything to compare them with. i was thinking about getting some chronics because i have heard good stuff about them, but im not sure if it would be a totally different ski than what i like regardring stiffnes and weight, and everything else. I ride on the east coast, am 6ft 150 so if its not a good choice. i wouldnt mind some suggestions

chronics would be a good choice. I like the scratches better though.

yea but does anyone know how the stiffness/weight would compare to the 1080s i have now

uh, chronics would be a million times stiffer than oldskool 1080s, but its no biggie, that's just how skis have developed. can't go wrong with chronics, they kill it in the park and on groomers. enjoy!

ive got some of the gold chronics and i love em except that they are super super stiff! ive also ridden those same 1080s and the difference is huge. if you want something stiffer then def go with the chronics.

okay i have another question. which of the newer salomon skis would be the most similar to the 03-04 1080s?
