Company Callout: Lethal Descent

I ordered a jacket on June 2. The only email I received was a confirmation of payment from paypal. I did not get an order confirmation from LDC. I have not received the jacket yet. I emailed Contact@LethalDescent.com and Sales@LethalDescent.com a few days ago with no response. I sent a message on Facebook as well, and surprise no response either. Their NS account says they have not logged on in over 30 days. Does anyone know of a number or way to contact someone? I hate to make a callout as I've had a great experience with their products. But something seems fishy.
 
Yeah I want to order an Eagle Jacket from LD but have had no replies at all after multiple emails and messages on NS and Facebook. This isn't filling me with confidence. And now those jackets are back up to full price. :(

I bit the bullet and ordered an Eagle jacket because i need a techy shell right now.... I just want it to show up!
 
I ordered an eagle at the end of the season. I never ever heard anything from them and even did all the things you mentioned. However I did receive the coat about a week after I ordered. Good Luck!

GOOD NEWS! It came today! So everyone take this as a "be weary" instead of a callout now. Like I said before, I loved my LDC pants so much I decided to spend a bit more than I wanted on a jacket because the quality is there. If anything, I hope someone from Lethal sees this and takes it as a recommendation to do something about communication. Maybe I made this thread a bit prematurely, although their website says products should ship / be received within a week which is why I waited until more than 7 business days to make a callout.

Again, LDC is legit and their products are great. If you order anything and are concerned about not hearing anything, just wait it out a bit. Will definitely do business with them again!
 
Also I will put up a review as soon as I have had a few good rainy days in this jacket. Right out the box the fabric feels a bit rough for a techy jacket, very similar if not identical to Trew (this is the Eagle jacket).
