first of all, no torch will be needed UNLESS your going to be building a rainbow. Cutting metal with a torch is a no no if you want a clean cut, use a plasma or a sawzall. Also DO NOT BUY FROM ANY COMPANY THAT MAKES SKI, SNOWBOARD OR SKATE RAILS. You will get ripped off, period. trust me i know, i'm a certified, I-car welder, and paying what they want is a rip off. go buy the metal, which is 50 bucks at the most, thats alot of fuckin tubing...then go to a metal fab shop and they will weld you what you want for much cheaper and they can do it in about 20 min.

 
how much would a 25ft-ish rail with a kink be, made of all metal, to get it welded?
