a guy i work with was talking about how Obama (hate the fuck but I like this idea) has some plan where anyone who does 100 hours of voluntary community service will get a $5,000 stipend for education. Does anybody know any more about this?
 
I was thinking the same thing...

Then again, how the fuck do they intend to pay it? especially considering most schools (public in particular) are making massive budget cuts?
