Community Edit For Equality

We are living in an important time in history and I thought it was time to ask skiers and snowboarders to fight for change. Over time my YouTube channel has gained a following and I have earned quite a bit from it, therefore I felt it time to pay it forward. All revenue generated by these edits will be donated directly to the BLM movement.

I know it is hard to decide how you should take action during this time, so I'm offering you a simple way to show that you stand with people of color in their fight for basic human rights. The more clips, the more edits. The more edits, the more money donated, and the greater impact we make. Money aside, the more voices crying out for change, the more likely change is.

The ski community is majority white. We have a lot of privilege. We are exactly the type of community that needs to wake up and take a stand. I urge you to submit a clip and help. If you do not have any clips, then please take the time to sign petitions, donate to a charity of your choice, or listen to leaders of the BLM movement for other ways to assist.

cops bust, assault, and shoot white people almost as frequently per capita as they do to black people.

in other words, if police treated black ppl no worse than they treat white people, than they would still be treating black ppl like shit.

the problem is there is a huge (possibly over 50%) contingent of cops in america that are angry aggressive pieces of shit who think they will gain respect from others and from themselves if they assault or kill someone. Look at all the cops/swat/dea/atf raids where the asshole agents shoot the suspects fucking dog. Its like they feel special for doing shit like that. And in court the cop wont even face any repercussions from shooting a suspects dog.

of course there are lots of decent cops out there, but when i hear people say “its just a few bad apples” i want to fucking smack them.

There is this fucked up cultural mentality in america that there is all this evil in society that needs to be purged and punished and destroyed.

Americans spend so much time watching law and order or csi on tv and they think america is just crawling with “bad guys”. those shows are fucking worthless imo. Most people are good people. You dont have to constantly be fighting this stupid war against your own countrymen. Selling drugs isnt a moral deficiency. Drug dealers dont “force” their customers to buy drugs from them. Its a mutually consented transaction. The user is not being victimized by the dealer.

something has to change with these cops in america. The 3 cops who watched floyd get murdered without doing anything should get life in prison, and the cop that did it should be executed.

american organizations like the DEA are all about the example making business. They gave chapo guzman life in prison because they wanted to set an example—“become a drug dealer and you will end up in prison for life!!” But the jokes on america; mexicans in the cartel are literally higher IQ than the american jackasses who think they can get these mexicans to stop trafficking drugs by making an example of joaquin Guzman.

a better example would be to execute the cop that suffocated floyd. That would stick better than trying to get mexicans to choose making 1 dollar a day instead of making 1000 dollars a day by telling them chapo guzman got life in prison lol.

Not shilling for a YouTube channel. I realize the demographic of my followers and want to make sure they are aware of this issue, and give them a simple way to show they support this issue.

You may not have gained anything for being white, you may have gone through plenty of struggles throughout life, but nothing has ever been made more difficult for you simply due to the color of your skin. That is what white privilege means. You've already cashed in on it.

Last time I checked the potato famine wasn't caused by black people. Slavery was a direct result of white people oppressing black people. And who exactly is supposed to pay these reparations that Irish people are apparently entitled to huh? The disease that caused it?
