Comments on next years skis and pics of them

^uuuh, no

^^dude, you have one of the best all around skis available now. the pistols kill big mtn and are great in the park. the only place they don't really excel is in the pipe. what do you mean by "EC backcountry"?

im gettin PE's which are awesome all around, but if you were looking for something a little wider, ive heard that the mo ships are pow skis that still rip it up in the park so they might be a good option.

I ski Killington

College passes are awesome

sorry what i should say is off trail eventhough there is some backcountry and the thing is i know they are good skis believe me i have been on them for two years but i want to know if anything else is good since the seth vicous i think is maybe to wide

drop the idea that anything is too wide. i ski made'ns and jp vs. juliens on a regular basis in any conditions. i also know a bunch of other people who do the same. fat sticks are the shit bro!

there are tons of fat skis that are agile enough to go anywhere. the vicious is abviously going to be sick. the new line motherships will be a great fatty ski with park capabilities. armada arv's are made for bc, but still kill in the park. 4frnt msps are wide enough to float liek crazy, but great in park too.

basically, there are a ton of options for what you are looking for. try to demo some and get a feel for what you like. i suggest testing some of the fat sticks and see how much fun they are. i won't ever ride skinny skis again.

heh talking about demoing skis, i gave the foils a few laps this weekend...and damn are they nice. I demoed the 182s, rockin the decent 87 mm waist, and they feel nothing like last years skis. there much stiffer, lots of pop in the tail, and are actually realllly quick and responsive. i suggest u giving them a try.

PE's are good and fujy's are even wider then PE's but the PE's are deff not that great in the park they work but they are heavier than a good park ski if u do go with PE's get extremely light bindings

^well, i must point out that the new pe's are in fact wider than the fujas.

the pe's are a great all mtn ski, but if the dude who started this thread is looking for something for bc and all mtn, i'd suggest something a bit wider. also, the pe's aren't really that heavy. i ski 189 made'ns regularly and when i switch back to 179 pe's they feel like feathers.

you got to ski the hottest ski out there the Shaun White Pro Model (actually 2 Shaun White Pro Models)

youll be sick. I definitly want to try using 2 snowboards one year. killing it in the backcountry and shit

Agreed. FOILS will be the ski next year.

Super fun to free ski with. Quick edge to edge, great for ollies.

87 under boot is still surprisingly quick as mentioned above. It's a stomper on landings.

Way stiffer so great in long turns. Super versitile.

The graphic looks great on snow. Tone of kids were checking them out in the liftline. Good reviews from the groms.

It actually a very refreshing ski to look at. All the graphics out there for next year is about bro. brah. crap. The minimal look is hot.

Salomon was smart. This will be an ageless ski. And it will not only sell to the jibber. The oldschooler will like it too.

It's a winner.

There's a Lab Gun out ther too. That's sick!

in the east coast we get 2 or three powder days per year. and the powder gets skied off in 1 hour. you do not need powder skis for the east coast.
