Such a fun game, I've been playing Generals the past few days.. if anyone wants to play online or anything PM me

haha i almost made a thread about this too. my friend got the decade pack the other day and i got the cd from him to put on my comp. weve been playing mostly red alert 2 but i just installed the no disk crack for generals. i love C & C its so classic.
 
i've played those games since they first came out. love em.

i alwaysgo through like, fads where i'll play it for like 5 weeks straight, then stop, and won't play it for like a year
 
C&C Generals was a sweet game.

Im playing Rise of Nations and Medal of Honour Allied Assult right now though
 
fuck yeah man! i'm probably the best pilot ever.. fighter or chopper. got me a sick joystick, which helps
 
haha, yeah it is. no gaming system beats the computer though. a controller with little thumbsticks and a couple buttons vs. a real joystick, mouse, and keyboard? no comparison.
 
the original red alert was the shit. I still play it actually. I like the allies more than the soviets.
 
I gave a friend my CDs so we could play online (I have mine set up in daemon tools so I don't need the discs) but it won't let us play online at the same time cause the CD key is the same... can anyone hook me up with a serial THAT WILL WORK cause nothing I can find works... thanks...
 
yeah i do that with so many games... need for speed hot pursuit, nfs hot pursuit II, red alert 2, generals, rogue squadron,

the only games that are keepers is battlefront and battlefront 2
 
Anybody play kanes wrath on x box? Everytime I try to play 2v2 I get an idiot for a teammate and the other two kids are decent. I had red alert three for xbox too, but it got really annoying because anything naval was way overpowered.
 
That is my biggest thing against that game... everything is marine based and stuff...its like why even HAVE landbased units half the time...

hammer tanks were awesome though. and the music was epiccc
 
haha the japanese laser ship things were way too good. I used that faction anyway. Tiberium wars and kanes wrath are my favorites. Do any of the games work on mac?
 
red alert 1 is still the tits! i think its my overall favorite, because the sides are so evenly matched.

though generals is a close second. i wish they'd come out with a new one. red alert/the tiberium games have all gotten far too ridiculous for me
 
RA2 was the best shit ever. i used to make my own maps and mod the FUCK out of that game. my favorite was changing out the weapon payloads of units, so like the harriers would fire nuclear warheads and you could make mammoth tanks fire full-auto and shit. i once made a paratroop drop that dropped navy seals.

i used to run shit in that game, i was always either the libyans (for the bomb trucks) or the americans (for the paratroopers) if you dropped the paratroopers in the right place and deployed them they would all get promoted to level 3 really fast, and then they basically became unstoppable.
 
Yeah ad even boats designed to destroy other boats couldn't take down the long range attack boats. And for some reason I'm on a losing streak in kanes wrath. I set up my refineries and such with a ton of harvesters, but the other kid will have more refineries, tech and stuff and have extra money to harass my harvesters. I don't see where all their cash comes from.
