so my buddy isnt a very confident skier and when i go west i typically like to push myself. Big lines, cliffs, glades, ect. He wont be able to much of that. However i dont want to ski groomers for the whole week. Are there any mellower type areas where i can take him and still have fun. He is capable to do most runs just not confident. I just dont want to get him into something that will make me sketched. We are gonna ride pc, alta, and canyons +k for help

Kinda confused- are you looking for resort recs or just areas within the resorts you listed? PC doesnt have much that would freak him out except for a couple lines off Jupiter and the woods next to McConkeys Bowl (steep). Alta is a good call- big lines for you with ski-around options for him.. Bird might be a bit much if hes not confident at all. Canyons is mostly mellow with a few nice spots. Might consider Brighton as it has a good mix of pretty much everything. Now all that being said.... we have no snow, so big lines arent even an option if youre coming in the near future.

pfft all the super gnar bros slay big sub 30" base lineswell at least once or twice before ending their seasons ;)

Man the next footer is gonna be some carnage kind of like the second day at the bird from what I hear

Hopefully we get a big multi footer and lay down some base and either just widespread natural this shit snowpack or at the very least start adding weight and depth to bridge like 2 seasons ago.

Never thought I'd say it but kind of stoked to be injured and not even need to wonder where to ski safely without pushing it.

06 or 07 was the last sub average/similiar start year I recall.

as u state about pc thats exactly what im looking for! specific areas at the said resorts were i can either push myself and he can keep up or he can find a way around. names of runs or areas as u stated is perfect! +k mother nature loves me i will bring the snow.
