Coming to NZ in August

Hey dudes. I will be heading down to NZ at the beginning of August and will be staying till the 10th of September. First 2 weeks I will be travling around, and then the next 3 weeks I stay in Wanaka.

I have a couple of questions.

Which resort's got the best halfpipe? I like them big (6 m) and smooth and shaped daily (or close to).

Are there any special ski pass deals I need to know about for around Wanaka? I was thinking about getting a season pass for Snowpark and then a 10 non-consecutive days pass for Treble Cone. Will I get ripped off like this?
 
best park is deff snowpark

the next lot of early season passes for snow park go on sale the 10th of april (i think), you end up saving loads of $$$ if you buy your pass early.

snowpark has consistantly probably the best pipe you will ever ride (unless you get invited to x-games) anywhere in the world.

Mid august it is at its best shape.

TC you will only really ride on pow days - BUT - day tickets are 90bucks, so if you can find a cheap pass deal to TC go with that.
 
Well I'm used to the pipe in Laax so...

...but good to hear they have the sweetest pipe, makes things so much easier. This is gonna rock.
