The gw version requires no adjustment as the toe is auto adjust. That’s the new benefit of the strive 16 gw. The mnc requires setting and adjusting the toes. Which has been known to cause issues on thr sth2. Which I already have. Which is why I wanted the gw version this time.

Corbetts screwed up my order too- ordered attacks with 85mm brakes, they sent me attacks with no brakes. The slapped their own sticker on a tyrolia box RIGHT next to the label that said no brakes. Made me take the bindings out and take pictures of them so they could "see what part was missing". I really cant complain though, il spend 15 minutes emailling customer service and waiting another week for replacement brakes if it means i spend less than 150 on brand new 14 din bindings.

Literally the same issue. They just decided to label the box GW with their own sticker. When the manufacturers label literally says MNC in huge letters.

Not sure about the Strives, but I know that the MN version of the Attack has a slightly higher stack height and weighs a little bit more compared to the GW. Not huge, but still something to complain about in my eyes

This is why I always get any new mounts/setups dialed a couple months before the season starts. Never know if youl have to ship stuff back and wait for a replacement.

Very good point. I wasn’t even thinking about the stack height. The MNC is for sure taller than the GW. Which was another benefit of the new strive. Lower stack height

Sorry was with family so didn’t have time to respond.

there are multiple shops that advertise the strive 16gw. If you want to contact them all and see who has what by all means go right ahead.

I HIGHLY doubt every shop has fucked up. As multiples show in stock for strive 16gw. I believe Corbetts has some incompetent people and just didn’t know how to read. Likely hood that every shop on Google fucked up is highly unlikely.

you are 1000% correct I don’t “need” 16’s I haven’t blown up any bindings etc.

i want 16’s for a different reason. I already have sth2 16’s which are the matching heel to to these strive 16. So the feeling will be exactly the same as I’m used to. I want more durable bindings to last me longer over time so I have no need to replace bindings sooner , which the 16 will do because they have more metal in the heel specifically over the 14’s

I also paid $180 us for the 16 why would I pay the same amount or near the same amount for 14 when I can have 16?

you don’t always need the biggest or best, but if you can get the best for near the same price why compromise and get 14?
