Pencil-Necks! They all need an atomic-wedgie!

Atomic-Wedgie = Hold them down, cross the left foot under the right knee, fold the right leg up and wrap underwear around the right toe. It is impossible to get out of without ripping the boxers and leaving a blood trail on the tighty whities. The harder they struggle, the worse it gets.
 
i always thought the atomic wedgie was when the waistband was extended up the back and over the forehead? this seems brilliant however
