Curious to ns opinion on the holiday..Do away with it? Obviously Columbus did some fucked up shit himself and set the stage for a ton of atrocities. Atrocities that would most likely happen eventually no matter how benevolent he was. I dunno, why or why not?
 
i feel like columbus day celebrates the rape a murder of hundreds of thousands of indians.

Im with you guys. Really I was just trying to see if anyone had a decent argument as to why the holiday should remain intact.
