What you need is a faded, linen/biege three-quarter length double breasted pea coat. Then the color set will bring out the offsets and emisize the green.

In all seriousness green and red are complimentary colors, so green is often paired with a red-orange. They often look good together, but they can also look really bad. The green seems pretty desaturated, so a brownish orange wouldn't look bad. A bright orange will look much brighter next to that jacket. It really depends on what you want for your look: color harmony or visual tension.
