Allright, here's the deal, I got a call from a friend tonight who was supposed to go to Moab Utah for a week bike trip, but the guy he was supposed to go with dropped out, so now his family is paying my way to go so he can have his trip.

but we're driving. Through Colorado. Right through the gnar gnar, you know? So I've convinced him that we have to bring our skis too, and spend a few days on snow. We're driving through Denver then straight west, so we're passing Vail, Breck, Aspen, etc, but alas, will be too far south for Alta/snowbird.

I've never been to Colorado to ski, abd I'm pumped, so where do you guys think we should go? all I wanna do is shred some deep ass snow, ski trees, and hit some booters and smallish drops.

We're leaving wed from ottawa, ON.

thanks

.

You know what the hardest part about snowblading is? telling your mom you're gay!

brecs got park, vails got cliffs. aspens got flair. And they all have very expensive lift tickets.

Hey bacon, my camera can beat up your camera in the dark.

oh, and whats the snow like there now?

Ottowa thats a hell of a drive have fun!!

Pete is currently sulking around Mt. Hood, shooting with Poor Boyz Productions and hitting on Kristi Leskinen. She hates guys, Pete lamented, so it’s not going good. Apparently Canada isn’t the only thing that’s tough for Pete to get into.

dude, go the southern route and head through Wolf Creek. Snow is never hit or miss there, and it is very slow to get tracked out. Seriously....just go down I-25 to Walsenburg, take US160 for about 150 miles and there you are. $43 lift tickets. Monte Vista, and South Fork offer good lodging for reasonable prices.

ya wolf creek is sick , it just depends on what you want to do if you want knee deep pow go to wolf but if you want huge jumps and pipe go to breck cause wolf has no park.

^is no park such a bad thing? I'll take skiing knee deep powder any day over skiing park. Besides, the Western US is getting into an active storm cycle, so conditions at Wolf Creek are just gonna get better. I'll be skiing 15'' at CB tomorrow, so ya....go ski powder!

Anywhere right now, we just got dumped on bitches! Breck tomorrow though, because I'll be there

CO is where its at bitches

Wolf Creek is definetely quite out of the way if your heading to moab. Breck has the best park, but alas big crowds and little snow. Copper and Vail have a good mix of everything, but snow is unpredictable. Not sure when you are coming, but late feb/early march are the best times for snow here. Hope you and I get dumped on while your here and have fun in Moab. Moab is the shit, especially in March. The highs are in the 60s and 70s everyday with sun.

Hit up Breck for sure. Their park is insane. Aspen and Vail are both really expensive. If you go to Vail, Breck, or Keystone, ask for the Colorado Card at the ticket window. It's free and you pay like 20-30 bucks less for one day. I forget how much discount, but try it at least.

^Moron. Breck is the $6 less than Vail. It has been snowing for the past 3 days and most central/northern Colorado resorts have 25+ inches over that period. Go to Vail b/c if you have never been, it is amazing. Grab a local and have him/her take you to the goods.
