My grandpas last name is johnstone and ever since he was a kid his nickname was "stoner". Keep in mind stoner didn't really have it's meaning back then because i think his dad even had that nickname too. But anyways his license plate says "STONER" and it's been stolen atleast 5 times. Whenever i ride in it there's people driving by taking pictures of the license plate and it's pretty hilarious. So if you see a wisconsin license plate that says stoner it's him.
