on july 14 at UC@Boulder there is some sort of visit day or something that im going to. since im going to colorado obviously im thinking skiing. so my question is, is it worth bringing my skis. i know all the resorts are closed but like can you still hike their parks? is there anywher to hike for some turns?

don't bother, you could hike places like st. mary's, but it's not even worth it in my opinion. bring a good skate with you bould is great for that.

i bet there will still be snow in freeway till then, like a jump mound or 2. please don't bring your skis though, that would look gay, very gay.

thats a couple days ago. looks pretty good to me. idk if u guys realize this but thats like middle of winter conditions here. im thinkin im gonna take my skis

damn, that looks better than I've ever seen it in years. the last time I went there there was nothing left to ski on.

ha dude the amount of time, trouble, and money it would cost to bring your skis with you, get up to st. mary's or anywhere else with snow.. is so not worth it.. bring a skateboard and check out the skatepark in denver

denver skatepark is amazing go there,

st marys isnt worth it me and a few friends were there a few weeks ago, it was pretty fun just not worth it

if he;s going to orientation he's not going to be able to rent a car, you have to be 25 to legaly rent a vehicle in the US.

im not going to orientation. im not even sure im going to cU. its just a visit and ill be w/ one of my parents so we're gonna rent a car

not all the time, a select few car rental agencies will rent to someone younger (within the area of 25 years old) for an added fee per day. but yah almost all of them have a 25 or older policy. so damn stupid, should be 21 or older in my opinion

The Freeway park at Breck has a couple of mounds of snow but nothing you can do anything with. You can hike independence bowl @ Breck and get some nice turns in however. St. Marys is always fun, only a 1/4 mi hike up, nice turns to make and a sweet lake to sesh.

the hike to st mary is about 30min, and the snow is nice, 3 rails up there too...check out my threads, well be doing another trip to st marys on the 19 20 or 21
