so we decided to put together a chalet again this year...if you like to ski and party we have a bunch of ppl who do just that.,interested in joining a chalet???

i might not join but i would definately attend the odd party if a bunch of others got one, i would pitch a ton of bowls if i could crash there too on the odd night.

max tell that to intrawest!!

i might be down for a night or two of givin'er!! is a case of beer good measure for a couch?

Fuck that... me and my buddy just bought a house in collingwood, if anyone wants to drink or needs a place to stay then get ahold of us!

Great offer for all those free loaders Yeah Dude. Actually come to think of it I have a few friends looking for places to stay while drinking free beer ... wheres your place at??

^^^ im pretty sure only the accomodation is free.. not the beer. but if i am wrong then damn... i could use some free beer

Have you seen the area lately? Here's an idea of prices hillside:

Blue Inn. @ about $150+ per night http://www.bluemountain.ca/lodging_inn.htm

or try doing a place with buddies:

Tyrolean @ $300 per bed for the weekend. This is not for x-mas or new years where they ask triple. http://www.tyrolean.com/content/view/37/56/

If you are in the area on weekends or throughout the week that would be an awesome deal. Otherwise just go up occasionally and pay that premium to crash at a hotel. If $1000 for 5 months rent is too high for you, this isn't the place to be. lol Hell you can burn that in a weekend on lift tickets, LCBO, resturants, and the bar in this town!

Cheers

Cwood is getting SO expensive... even living in the Beach over the winter is expensive plus gas to and from and all other expenses....

Living life is getting expensive...

my parents have a place in the village and even having a free place to crash weekends up there are never cheap especially when drinks run 6$ a pop at the bar and when your drunk u dont even notice and drink more!!!

I should be there most weekends doing whatever it is that i do! hahaha see ya up there

Curious what the age breakdown and atmosphere is like. I'm going to be patrolling Blue this year and I'm looking to get a bed in a chalet. I have a few option right now but I'm curious what kind of group in this chalet. I think you actually have a few or have had a few patrollers in the past.

If not I'm sure I'll find my way there for the drinking one night.

See if this link helps. This chalet has been around for years, we have had ski patrollers from Osler, Craigleith, Blue, and one other one...we are the next generation

The crew ranges in ages from 18-?? most of us in the early-mid 20's. We like to party hard and ski hard and that is all there is too it.

Pansy ass posers need not apply, you have to be approved to get a room for the season so all you little whiny punks who are like "oh, i don't hit the slopes till my mom has washed my snowpants" need not apply!!!!!

LOL That last reply was great, Turns out Dave was my CSPS instructor and I had called the number on the blue patrol site. Sounds aprently this is the 3rd inquiry made about this place.

Sounds like a good time I'll keep talking to Russ.
