several universities, Seattle, WA

University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC

Montana State University, Bozeman, MT

There's tons more if you look. Look for the city you want to be in, then look for schools near there.

I went to Utah State for a year...beautiful school with a fair amount of skiing. University of Utah has Park City and Alta within an hour or two. If you do well enough in school you get wicked dicounts at the ski areas......good luck.

I live in West Virginia right now and im currently applying for University of Utah and I'm gonna live in a town called Sandy which is 13 miles from 4 badass resorts and 16 miles fomr school you do the math...

ok here is the lowdown on colorado schools.

CU - close to shitty ass eldora, an hour and a half from summit county.

CSU far from everything, not a ski school.

CC - In colorado springs, 1.5 hrs to monarch, 2.5 to summit county at least.

Ft lewis - close to durango mountaain, like 45 min away.

western state ie. wasted state - 25 min from crested butte, and 40 minutes from monarch.

Colorado mountain college - campus' in around summit county, only a two year school.

Adams state - not near any good skiing.

UNC - not near any skiing, but i belive the female to male ratio is 6-1.

Clearly is skiing and partying are what you want to do Wasteed state is the best option. But stay away from my bitches!!

Just a quick rundown on what's up in BC

From SFU:

Seymour:10-15 mins

Grouse:20 mins

Cypress: Dunno, haven't been there yet. I'd say about 20 mins.

From UBC:

Grouse/Cypress: 20 mins

Seymour: Maybe 25 mins

WhistlerBlackcomb: 1.5-2 hours away from either schools. Your season pass will cost you $350 Canadian.

Tuition is dirt cheap in BC, even if you're coming from the US. I think UBC tuition will run you about $17 000 Canadian, on average. Some programs are more expensive than others.

NO SHIT-- I want that kind of proficient driving. Don't know ifyou're american or Canadian, but being an american and attending a canadian school can be difficult to accomplish...and vise versa unless you have relatives. I had a friend who went to Montana State, he loved it and it's a good school. As for all the utah schools....one word- Morman. That's why I left, no offense to the religion but it's strict to say the least.

my school ( sacred Heart Uni) in CT, its like 2 hours from mount snow, real close to shitty CT mountains, the location kinda sucks

university of Denver. Was one of the best party schools in the country until admin. cracked down. 30 min form Eldora, 1 hr from A-Basin, Breck, Keystone, 1.5 hr from Vail, three or so from Aspen and Steamboat. Way better proximity than boulder and three time national back to back to bacl skiing champs. Do not know what happened this year. (?) Best ski team in NCAA history and most national titles all time.

lol, DU can be yours for a mere 37 grand a year.

I went to Du, the traffic does suck, but unless it is Sunday night, it is manageable, and no matter what school you go to in Colorado, you will have to face 70 at some point. Also, DU is not a lot of foreign kids. It is a bunch of rich trustifarians, not that it matters, but DU is something like 92% white, with the rest being mainly oriental.

not true about the 1-70 thing, i don't have to face it. and really the only schools that do are cu and du. and when i mean't foreign i meant mainly greek and russian kids, who you can't tell to much what nationality they are.
