i forgot about a paper that's due tomorrow and now i'm scrambling. i'm supposed to write a paper dealing with free speech. it's for speech 300, communication ethics and free speech.

A- select a contemporary freedom of speech situation from the popular press

B- Thoroughly research the issue within the popular press in order to effectively determine the parameters of the issue.

C- Thoroughly research court precedents which may impact the case

D- Write the "opinion of the Court" carefully detailing rationale for deciding the case. Follow traditional court format for laying out your decision.

if anyone has something that would fit these guidelines, please message me asap. if you give me a paper, i'll even mail something cool, like a thousand pieces of winterfresh or something. maybe some goggles. pleeeeeaaaasssseeeee

it's the last official week of classes, then finals are next week. we get a week off after that, then i start summer classes on may 23, the day after my bday. that'll be awesome

Dudes dudes dudes, i'm not even in college and I can help you with this one. Choose censorship. I'm debating it in history class, and that's why this was such an easy answer for you. It totally fits the topic, be on the against-censorship side and talk about how it violates the first ammendment (freedom of speech....i think?) and stuff like that.

i dont think you understand what i need. i need a paper written like it's the opinion of a supreme ct judge ruling. i can't just pick a vague topic like censorship, i need to pick like a current issue such as "students at winona hs in minnesota suspended for wearing buttons that say "i heart my vagina." that's an actual news story too. i want to know if anyone has a paper they can send/trade me so i dont have to write the whole thing.

lol i don't think he needs a topic he just wants someone to give him a paper, sorry i can't help you man, good luck sounds like it might be an all nighter. How many words is it?

i can get a paper up by midnight (i am writing something on the same theme) pm me with some guidelines and length and i will see what i can do

it has to be "as long as it takes me to successfully get my point across." so basically 3-6 pages prolly. i'm shootin for 4

Are you kidding me? Censorship a vague topic? What about Janet Jackson....did you know what live TV is delayed 7 or 8 seconds now so that the can censor things if they happen? Do you know that they think Marilyn Manson cause Columbine? Did you know that Clear Channel Communications sent out a list of 200+ songs to radios to take off their playlists because they related to destruction like 9/11...the considered them "Lyric Questionable Songs."....what about the whole issue with Howard Stern? He is moving to Sirius Satelite Radio because XM banner him or whatever. I think this is a very easy topic to write about because there are many aspects to it like video games, music, media, etc.....

Sorry now I am contradicting myself. To clear thigs up, yes it is a vague topic because there are many things involved in it. Is it an easy topic? Yes...

the poor bastard just doesnt want to do the research involeved in writing college papers... damn proof of ideas and proof to back up ur ideas....

but still write your paper and then find quotes that already suport your paper SO MUCH easier! and 3 pages is a pg1) into and theise pg 2) proof adn support for / agaisnt thesis pg 3) conculsion!!!! and technically a 3 page paper is 1.3 pages single spaced!

Couple good friends, couple cold beers, couple HUGE puddles all equal a wicked night on the farm...

Thank god for the country

actually, it's a 3 page paper single spaced, but whatever

Option A should take you no longer than 1.5 hours from start to finsish...that's including revision.
