College question- Help

Ok well I have to make a choice on where I want to go to school. I have 2 options. Do I stay in my hometown for a year and attend college here. Its not a bad school and for those who want to know I live York,PA and the school is York College or PA. Or do I go to school at Temple (Philly). If I went to school in York, I would transfer somewhere after my first year.

Just wondering you guys thought. +K for help. Yes I know this thread is kind of pointless. Just really really been stressing about making a decision.
 
I know some people who transfer afte rtheir first year. If you have to pay for your own college, I say go to a smaller college, the transfer to a bigger college after your first year. You can take all your bullshit classes then at a cheap price then you only have to take 3 years of classes at the bigger university which are more expensive.

I say if you do it, do it for money. If money isn't a big issue, go to Temple. Freshman year is fuckin crazy.
 
If you decide to stay in your hometown, live in the dorms to meet new people, thats what college is about living on your own- either way you go the first yr will fly by before you kno it
