Ok, I know we have plenty of posts regarding 'what's your favourite drink'. However reading through them I can only but guess what each concoction actually is.

So this is my response. Same thing, whats your fave drink but this time explain how its made.

Personal fave of mine is the simple Long Vodka

Ingredients:

5 cl Vodka

1/2 Lime

4 dashes Angostura bitters

1 dl Schweppes Tonic water

4 Ice cubes

Mixing instructions:

Shake a tall glass with ice cubes and Angostura, coating the inside of the glass. Pour the vodka onto this, add 1 slice of lime and squeeze juice out of remainder, mix with tonic, stir and voila you have a Long Vodka

usually i'll drink beer, Jack and Coke, or Scotch on the rocks, but if im up for a cocktail i'll have to admit that Bloody Mary's always seem to hit the spot

1 oz Tequila

2 oz Tomato Juice

1 dash Lemon Juice

1 dash Tabasco Sauce

1 dash Celery Salt

Ice

Shake with ice. Strain into a glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes. Top with a lemon wedge.

when i make em at a house party, i'll usually make em with less ice to get more liquid in there, but thats just how they'll make it at a bar
