What are some coats that are similar to the on deck but arent the on deck?

I know you're trying to fuck around but this is relevant, how much tinner/colder is the shutout than the on deck?

I'm not sure, but the Shutout is awesome. A nice base layer and a decent sweater have kept me toasty on days as low as 10 degrees Fahrenheit. It's a lot warmer than a hoodie, mostly because it totally blocks the wind. It's basically a sick hoodie-like coat with most of the good attributes of a shell. The one problem compared to a shell is that it gets wet easier.
