C'mon Saga...

Buying saga full price is retarded, they literally have like 50% sales like every couple of weeks.
 
got a coat and pants from them last spring, and ordered a hoodie as well. turns out, somehow I ordered the hoodie in a color that wasn't available anymore. they called me up, told me the color I ordered was not available in my size, and offered me a different color or a pair of board shorts for free, and i received the coat, pants, hoodie, balaclava pack, and stickers about a week later. I'd say that's pretty quality customer service. I've been involved in this industry for over 10 years and not many companies I've dealt with on a professional level come close to that. Email em or call em and you'll be sorted out rather quickly, I'd guess.
 
I've ordered multiple stuff from SAGA, never have had a problem with shipping, or getting the wrong order. In fact they always give you sweet diecuts and I have gotten vitamin C packets as a bonus. Can't complain.
 
mine came from ups in like 4 business days while sia was going on. they sent me an email with a tracking number and all the works. i think youre just having some shit luck.

This is how Nigerians probably feel when they are expecting an aid drop of rice and dehydrated yams but it doesn't come for a year or two, and the water has dried up and AIDS is not being cured by voodoo OR circumcision. You know what they do in that situation? You're god damn right, they get on their fucking Iphone and tell the lion hunting forum about it.
 
the same thing happened to me. i got the ups tracking number in my email when the jacket was in my home town. chill dude
 
He's probably hoping that Saga will post in this thread and resolve the issue like they have many times before in past threads or to get information on other people have handled similar situations.. Think before you post, idiot. I seriously hate dumb people like you.
 
It's been a week. This is unnecessary. And he's blaming it on Saga , when if there is an actual problem it would be with the carrier. I could see this thread being made later on, but not now.
