I ordered my second jacket from them last monday. On tuesday they sent me a confirmation email saying that its ready to ship and they will ship it and sent me a tracking number in the next 24-48 hours. Well that was a whole week ago... I sent them a email asking whats happening, no response...
 
Did you ever think that it could possibly be the carrier at fault?

Once it leaves Saga's warehouse, they really don't have any control over it...
 
Dude, it's SIA, was the Xgames, plus they probably have an influx of orders from their recent deals, give them a minute.
 
They said once they send it to the carrier that they will have a tracking number sent out, from there email.
 
Put a whole company on hold that had orders waiting because a some employes went to the SIA, and a sporting event happened...
 
i just orderd pant and a jacket and its been less than a week and its here. maybe contact the carrier
 
your so lucky. And how would I contact a carrier, I have NO CLUE what carrier they even use. My friends have had problems in the past with shipping to. My friend waited almost 5 weeks for his order and when it finally came it was the wrong order, they made him pay a shit ton to return it to. I love the company, but they really need to get the shipping department up to par.
 
oh no you've had to wait a whole week for you jacket. calm the fuck down, it's probably in the carriers possession and they have no control over how slow ups is. you WILL get your jacket eventually.

Saga is known to do this shit. Even though there are events that create an increase in their demand, they still need to keep on top of their game and not let shit like this happen.

One big reason I'll never buy Saga is because I constantly see all these nightmare stories about their process on NS.

BTW OP, did you try to fight em'? A SIA building would work nicely.
 
It'll come man. I had a similar problem though, payed for three day shipping, ended up taking eight. Just spent 13$ more than I needed to, the pants came, albeit later than I'd hoped.
 
Saga is awesome. You'll get it in end and you will not make a thread saying "I got it and it's sick, sorry for trollin"
 
When I ordered my jacket my tracking number never came, but my jacket did fairly soon after I got the email telling me I'd get a tracking number.
 
same thing happened to me, they probs have shipped it and you just need to email saga for the tracking number
 
lol waiting a week for shipping is a nightmare now. people need to learn some fucking patience.
 
call them. i ordered pair of pants last spring, and it took longer than i thought it should. i called them, there was a mistake made somewhere along the line, and they sent out a fresh pair of pants right when i got off the phone. the guy said if both pairs showed up, just keep them. they were very nice the whole time. just call, but make sure your not a dick about it

 
it's one thing to wait because you pre-ordered and they were waiting sorting through all the gear as soon as it came in. It's a whole other thing to have to wait either due to incompetence or because they are busy getting drunk at SIA.
 
youll get it, i ordered mine and received no confirmation for shipping or anything. got it like a week and a half later.
 
honestly if they did screw something up, you will probably get some free stuff out of it. At least that is what I have seen when saga screws up.

I didn't expect them to reply to this theard. In no way at all am I "calling them out", im simply asking other skiers who ride Saga and have ordered from Saga what I could do to receive my tracking number or any word on my package.
 
There customer service is very poor from my experiences, but if you keep emailing things like your 'disappointed in such a quality brand having poor customer service' long enough, they will respond. They messed up on my order. I got bunch of die cuts, and got a shirt and beanie and the balaclava pack for free. Just keep trying.
 
if you want the Saga brand but dont like the shipping stuff, order it through evo, if evo has it. i tried to order an OG logo jacket through Saga and the shipping was gonna be like $10 so i looked for an alternative and got free 2 day shipping through evo
