me and one of my friends started a ski and snowboard club at our college. she did most of the paper work tho. but i know we asked for an example for the constitution or whatever because we had no idea, and student affairs gladly gave us one to work off of. the rest just bs so you sound good...come on dude you are in college, you must be able to bullshit....it is the key to getting through college...
what will you do for the shcool?
you will bring awareness and availability of a sport not usually thought about by college students who attend college in a city. You will sponsor ski trips which will allow experienced skiers an opportunity to participate in a sport they might not otherwise have any way of participating in, while also allowing opportunities for students who have never skied to try a new sport they might normally not get to try by going to school in the city.

you will sponsor ski trips. you will host a club meeting every two weeks. you will host a rail jam on campus.....
