Closing early

Whats up with stevens pass just closing their park at 430 on thursday when there is 6 hours of skiing left. i got there at 4 and had three runs, i drove an hour to ski an hour in a half. Whats up with this?

they where probally doing park maintenance so the park would be great for the weekend

The hill I go to shuts everything down at 4, quite complaining.

no they werent doing any maintainance they just packed up and left. and they usually left it open for night skiing last year.

Our new park manager told us to leave the park when the mtn wasnt even closed. Last year i used to go up and hike rails after school but you arent allowed to do that this year.

well we haven't gotten a substantial amount of snow in forever, so they probably figured no one who cares about park would want to night ski...and they probably want it to be as nice as possible for this weekend, so they lockin youuuu out !

There are other things to ski besides park good sir. But if you just bomb diamonds and shred park, then I feel bad for you that they closed early.

i know there is other stuff but that day it was raining and we havent skiied in a long time so we just went up for the park.
