Closest ski to a wider B-Dog?

Love the B-Dog shape, profile, almost everything. What would you say is the ski closest to the profile, but a little wider and a little stiffer, for more all mountain shenanigans.

2021 Prodigy 3.0?

2021 Prodigy 3.0?

Vishnu wide may be a good option because both skis are soft and playful and have good amount of rocker

Can’t you fold the tips and tails in half on bdogs? Like a 3 on the 1-10 scale? I think prodigys are much stiffer than that

Arv 106 if u wanna stick with armada

The ARVs changed so much this year stiffness wise I don't think I could call it really playful for my style anymore. They're basically stiffer than ON3P Jeffs without the rocker by Twigs estimate.

I think the Wides / Wets got a little too much rocker / splay. The Bdogs just feel a lot more subtle which I love, but I could be bias and off the mark with that.

These actually look pretty dimensionally equivalent to the Bdogs, which is surprising, and pretty dope. You skied it before / know of any good reviews?

I wouldn't want the Bdog flex for a wider version, maybe something around the 6/10 mark for playfulness, and I think they softened up the prodigies this year.

Not sure on the rocker profile of the bdog but maybe a k2 reckoner 102 could fit the bill. 134-102-127 I think as opposed to 121-94-116 (?) So similar tip and tail dimensions while not being symmetrical. Available at around $450 or less these days. I ordered some from europe for 290 euros.

Ironically I just mounted up a brand new pair of reckoner 102’s today and they are so flexible in the tips and tails. Really looking forward to them this weekend as I was kind of looking for something similar. Wanted a wider playful ski and all the reviewers were saying how flexible the ski was. Underfoot is solid but man they almost felt like flexing a 102 underfoot Vishnu wet (never ridden wides) and I got a pair for $300 in the wrapper...

As far as over all shape. This will be the closest. The flex might be soft but might take some breaking in.

The B-Dog is following the similar shape to that of B-Dog from 2015 (the ol' ELF Shoe lol) close to "5 dimension side-cut"

Fat-ypus makes very durable skis. They are still very grass-roots but they make a solid product. Full sandwich construction wins every-time

afaik, reckoners are not buttery noodles like bdogs and don't have straight taper at the tip either

Does the M5 have the same-ish flex as a bdog, and could it be mounted center or near center?

...they are noodles lol
