Closed ski areas due to lack of snow?

Not closed but it probably should be. It's been above freezing for the past week

My resort hasn't hit freezing in two weeks, and it hit mid 70s for 3 days.

whistler is shit because it rained all last week. The local vancouver moutains only have 16 runs open combined between the three of them

NC has been cold as SHIT but we haven't gotten as much snow as usual. Where I live hasn't gotten any at all, the ski areas all have only about 30 inches of natural so far. Lets hope February kicks it up a notch, we got a few huge snows last Feb...I can only hope

Good to know was thinking of going there soon but will give it 2 weeks at least. Hows Banff doing?

Summit at snoqualmie definitely closed, Crystal mountain is still open, but the base looks like dirt at its 40 degrees right now. This winter isn't looking good

Good Lord. Are you talking about a ski resort or a tropical resort in the Bahamas?

My area up in New Hampshire has a ton of snow we just got a big storm and I'm taking a trip to whistler in February but before this the conditions were shit. The problem is climate change, so do something to try and change it, or soon there maybe no snow at all.

I couldn't imagine being all stoked for ski season again and then there's not enough snow to even open. That would suck. Sosososos bad. I seriously feel sorry for you guys that have to deal with that

This year is a bad year for a lot of minnesota skiers we have an utter lack of snow right now hopefully this month will bring us a few feet... :/
