Clipping out of bindings...

Who here clips out of there bindings by bringing the tail of their other ski behind them and stepping on it? Who turns around and pushes on it with their pole? Any other methods? I'm just curious, because I was thinking about it randomly today. Is it bad to do it with you ski?

i do a backflip under a tree and catch the skis on the branch

my skis then pop out land on a ski rack and i land in the chalet...nice and warm

haha for sure..

looks like a lot of bases will be fucked if no-poles becomes the way of the future

most of the time i step on the back of them with both skis. once in a while i use a pole and then step on the other with a free boot

I occasionally use the side take off. Just torque my leg really hard so the toe piece laterally ejects like it's supposed to. It's kind of pointless because you still have to push the heel piece back down. But you look like a bad-ass.

^^^ That wasn't even funny...

Anywho... Sometimes I use my pole then snap out with my free boot. Or I Just use one ski and then use my boot. And very rarely do I sit low and use both hands pushing on the heel piece.

if you're worried that taking your skis off will scratch your bases, then you definitely don't ski hard enough.

i stick my rossi dildos up my ass and clench really hard and torque them off.  it works really well and it feels the best too!

when my DIN was at 6, i could slam the noses of my skis down really hard and push backwards and they just pop out. do it with both skis.

otherwise i just step on them with a ski, then a boot.

Im probably half and half. Ive never had any problems using my ski to get out of my bindings but sometimes i just use my poles... kind of depends on how lazy i am being

tail to binding and then foot to other binding no poles needed, and anyways my composite poles are no good for pressing down on stuff cause they bend anyways

I use pole for one, then my free boot. I try to do it lightly, 'cause apparently (and common sense) stomping the shit out of your bindings isn't good

when i slam my tail hard on the ground, my skis pop, i can also just turn the nose of my boot out of the bindings....

and theyre maxed out, so perhaps time for some new ones ?

Well thanks for the info. I'll certainly never buy Seths now.

A plastic heelpiece should not be hard enough to mark a skis base.

I've always used my ski to undo my bindings, and have never noticed any marks on my bases.

if im not feeling lazy- pole on one then free boot for other ski.

if i am feeling lazy(which is most of the time)- tail of ski on one then free boot for the other ski

honestly if your dins are low enough to step out youre just asking to kill yourself someday with premature release.

no i think he was joking or something dude, my cousin has seth's and they are awesome. the topsheet chips a little, but i skied them at breck and they were awesome. sooo nice and bases had no damage from us clipping out like that. we built a little booter maybe like 50 ft. or so down a hill and i hit it on them and idk why it was sooooo much nicer than my mojo's. anyways yeah, just trying to help? hahaah.

i just got new white scratch dildo bindings, so i dont wan to like mess them up( chip and scratch) so i use my pole / free boot. any way i dont thing it is bad for your bases to do ski thing.

i must be the only person that uses my poles for both of them... seriously it doesnt take any longer then any other way i dunno whats wrong with it

i just read at least half of this thread, just then i realised; what the fuck am i doing? ah yeah, i'm reading about how people take thier fucking skis off, what a load of balls!

ooooh random.

I do the step on my bindings with my other ski thing. or I tip stand and bounce till I double eject and fall on my beak.

YOu just knocked a shitload of sense into me. I got to you're post and just quit.

anyway... it's not like I should even care, I have tele bindings.

haha, i read his post, then went to the bottom about to say what you did, but then i read your post.

i just do it the one ski, then boot way.
