Cliffs at Cannon

Hey,

So I was up climbing at echo across the street from cannon a few weekends ago and a large cliff band caught my eye. It was in between the tram line and the rest of the trails (i.e. skiers left of tram line). I've never skied cannon so don't really know the mountain all that well but from a distance they looked like they could possibly be skiable. Anybody know anything about them? I've haven't really heard too much about any good cliff drops at cannon so I was sorta surprised to see them. Any info is appreciated.

Hey man im pretty sure i know what cliffs your talking about since i ski cannon all the time.....theres a glade that goes near them but my friends and i have never found any trails/glades exct. leading to those cliffs..so im pretty sure there isnt any skiing there..but if you go off the other side towards the cannon cliff, theres cliffs out there you can ski!

bear gutt, or something like that, ive heard that its do-able in big snow years.

Any idea as to how high they actually are in an average snow year? It was hard to tell from across the highway.
